As Lead Negotiator at Property Solutions of Michigan he is the main point of contact to lenders. . He manages the other negotiators on the team and works together with Allan on business building and company growth.
Steve has spoken about short sales to REIA clubs, at Short Sale training events, and is a certified instructor of multiple con-ed classes for Realtors regarding short sales in Michigan. He is always working very hard to stay on the cutting edge of real estate market, foreclosure laws, and the short sale industry.
