Allan Boike has been a real estate investor since 1990. Throughout the past 18 years, Allan has invested in multi-family, single-family, commercial and complete rehab projects in the Metro Detroit Area.
After negotiating a number of short sales in 2006, Allan found that the real estate climate dictated a paradigm shift in his investment strategies. Through working with homeowners facing foreclosure, he found great personal rewards in helping them through a difficult and complex situation.
